Unirep’s social compliance policy implements guidelines that enforce the abolition of child labor, elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor, elimination of discrimination concerning employment and occupation, and upholding freedom of association. Applies local authorities' laws and regulations and Unirep’s founding principles.

Abolition of Child Labor

Except in cases where it is required like with interns, the minimum age established by national law is taken into consideration.

Elimination of All Forms of Forced or Compulsory Labor

Unirep abolishes all forms of forced and compulsory labor. Employment relations are voluntary and consensual. Employees cannot be subject to any forced or compulsory demand.

Elimination of Discrimination with Respect to Employment and Occupation

Unirep upholds its practices as an environment where there is no discrimination based on race, gender, color, nationality, social origin, religion, age, handicap, or political opinion, protected by applicable law. There is absolutely no discrimination in the practices of employment and occupation.
